Welcome to ArtGold Foil Prints! We are committed to delivering your custom wall art safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find the detailed terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Cost

  • Worldwide Shipping: FREE (100% complimentary shipping on all orders to all available regions and countries). There are no hidden fees, minimum order requirements, or additional shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Order Processing Time (Handling Time): 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Each print is prepared, inspected, and securely packed directly in our studio in Odesa, Ukraine, to ensure maximum quality upon arrival.

  • Transit Time: 8 to 18 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 22 days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, holiday peak seasons, or international transportation factors beyond our control.

Shipping Method and Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via Standard International Shipping by Ukrposhta (the national postal service of Ukraine) and will be delivered by your local national post operator (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, etc.).

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we will automatically send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can follow the movement of your package from our studio directly to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ArtGold Foil Prints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take full responsibility for the safe delivery of your artwork. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the postal service, please contact us immediately at support@artgold.net. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can arrange a free replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
