Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to use an account, you can simply contact us directly at support@artgold.net with your order number, and our support team will guide you through the process.

- Item should be returned in its original packaging
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Return Fees & Remorse

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or wish to return a non-defective product, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
